Welcome to our Terms of Service page. Please ensure you carefully review all our terms before hiring us, as we won’t be able to provide our services without your agreement.

• The Client must provide clear and detailed instructions, references, and expectations before work begins.
• Commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial rights require an additional fee.
• The Artist retains the right to post the commissioned work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless the Client has requested confidentiality.
• All commissions require 50% payment at the start of your project and the rest at the end of your ticket, just before we hand you our product.
• Prices are subject to change based on complexity, usage rights, and demand.
• Payments are accepted through Paypal only.
• Refunds are only granted under specific conditions (see Section 5: Refund Policy).
• The Artist will provide progress updates at specific milestones (e.g., sketch, linework, coloring).
• The Client is entitled to 1 day free revisions during the process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Once final approval is given, further changes will not be made unless under special circumstances and may require additional payment.
• Estimated completion times vary based on commission complexity and queue position. Deadlines must be discussed in advance.
• If the Client requires expedited work, rush fees may apply.
• Completed commissions will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise specified.
• Full refunds are available only if the Artist has not started the commission.
• Partial refunds may be given depending on the progress of the work.
• No refunds will be issued once the commission is completed and delivered.
• Cancellation can be issued, but only half of the upfront payment will be refunded to you.
• The Artist retains full copyright of the commissioned work unless explicitly transferred via contract.
• The Client may use the commissioned work for personal purposes (e.g., social media, printing) but may not resell, reproduce, or alter it without permission.
• Commercial use must be discussed separately, and additional fees apply.
• The Client may not use the commissioned work for AI training, NFTs, or cryptocurrency-related purposes.
• The Artist will communicate via commission ticket made when making the deal.
• The Client is expected to respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
By commissioning Cloud Studio, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Any violation of these terms may result in commission termination without refund.
Our Policy may change from time to time. Any changes will be posted here immediately, no matter how small the changes are. Please check periodically for our Policy changes as you do not want to miss any of them.

• By purchasing a Minecraft build from Cloud Studio on BuiltByBit, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service.
• Builds are digital assets intended for personal or server use only.
• Builds are sold as-is, and all sales are final once the files are delivered through BuiltByBit.
• All purchases are handled directly through the BuiltByBit platform.
• Upon successful payment, the Client will receive access to the downloadable build files provided by Cloud Studio via BuiltByBit.
• If you encounter any technical issues with your download, please contact us through the BuiltByBit support system or Cloud Studio’s Discord server and our email: contact@cloudstudios.org.
• When purchasing a build, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the build on their Minecraft server or project.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the build—whether in its original or modified form—is strictly prohibited.
• Clients may not claim ownership or authorship of the build, even after purchase.
• Modifications are allowed for personal use, but modified builds cannot be sold, shared, or used as part of another paid product or service.
• Use on monetized Minecraft servers is permitted, as long as the build itself is not resold or redistributed.
• All builds remain the intellectual property of Cloud Studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The purchase grants usage rights only, not ownership.
• Cloud Studio retains the right to display and promote sold builds for portfolio, advertising, and marketing purposes.
• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download is initiated.
• If your file is corrupted or fails to work as intended, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
• Support is available via Cloud Studio’s Discord server or through our email: contact@cloudstudios.org.
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or re-upload the build on any marketplace, server, or website.
• Include the build (or parts of it) in products for sale.
• Use the build in any AI training, NFT, or blockchain-related project.
• Pass the build off as your own creation or remove credit intentionally when publicly showcasing it.
• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will apply to all future purchases and downloads. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically via our Cloud Studio website.
